The Paleo Recipe Book Review- A Complete Guide to Healthier Eating
As my husband and have aged we have gained weight and developed a few health issues. I have been
researching diets and foods to find a healthier way of eating in the hopes of improving our health and losing some
weight. I stumbled across the Paleolithic diet. I also found the Paleo Recipe book.
The Paleo Recipe Book Contains Recipes Created from Natural Foods
A
Paleolithic diet, also called the ‘Stone Age diet” or “Caveman diet,” consists of foods that were most likely
consumed during the Paleolithic era, which ended about 10,000 years ago. This type of diet will include grass-fed
and pasture raised meat as well as wild fish and organically grown vegetables, fruits and nuts. The Paleo Recipe
book contains over 300 recipes utilizing only these types of ingredients.
The Paleo Recipe Book Provides Healthy & Delicious Recipes
When
first discovering that a Paleolithic diet does not allow grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, processed sugar and
oils I was concerned about being able to put together an edible meal. But surprisingly almost all of the recipes
are ones I would love to prepare and serve to guests even if I wasn’t concerned about eating healthy.
Finding the Paleo Recipe Book online was a god-send. I was able to easily download and immediately
access all of their great recipes. It also includes a guide with step-by-step directions for preparing and
serving the meals. It is a comprehensive recipe book that is easy enough for my college aged kids to follow.

particular foods react once they enter your body. It is an encyclopedia of food information and guide for preparing
and mastering even the most difficult recipes.
It also includes an eight week meal plan for getting us started on our new eating lifestyle. Sebastien has

The Paleo Recipe contains such a huge variety of recipe ideas we won’t have to eat the same meals over and over
again. On other types of diets we have tried it seemed like we were limited to only allowed a few select items. We
were doomed to fail from the start. This really isn’t a diet. It is a new eating lifestyle. With this recipe book
we are bound to succeed and have no excuse not to.
